Sub-Processors

These third parties (“Sub-processors”) may process personal data on Crestora Labs’ behalf to provide our Services. We bind each to data-protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and remain responsible for their performance. Before adding or replacing a Sub-processor, we notify customers by email to their registered account administrator and by updating this page, giving at least 30 days to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
Current Sub-Processors
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. (United States)
- Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) — transactional and business email. (United States / EU)
- OVHcloud — hosting and server infrastructure (data centers in Canada and the United States). Transfers of EU/UK personal data to the United States are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses (or the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and web application firewall (WAF). (Global edge network)
