Refund & Returns

Last updated: July 13, 2026 · Crestora Labs, a division of Crestora Property Group LLC
In short: Crestora products are billed as recurring subscriptions. You are charged for the full billing period. You can cancel at any time — your subscription stays active until the last day of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not issue partial or pro‑rated refunds for the remaining or current period. This applies to all Crestora products.
1

Digital subscriptions

Our software (all Crestora products) is licensed as a recurring monthly or annual subscription, not a one‑time purchase. Because these are digital goods delivered and usable immediately, the terms below apply to every Crestora product.

2

Try before you buy — free of charge

Where a free tier or evaluation is offered for a product — no card, no expiry — you can evaluate the experience before subscribing to a paid plan, and we encourage you to. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, the policy below governs cancellation and refunds.

3

You pay for the full billing period

When you subscribe, you are billed for the entire billing period (one month, or one year for annual plans). Charges for a completed or in‑progress billing period are non‑refundable. We do not pro‑rate or refund unused time within a billing period.

4

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

  • Open My Licenses in your Crestora account and cancel your plan, or email [email protected].
  • Your subscription — and your access to the software — remains active until the last day of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • Your subscription is not renewed after that date, and you will not be charged again.
  • No refund is issued for the current or remaining period; you simply keep access through the end of what you've paid for.
5

Corporate plans & seats

Corporate subscriptions follow the same principle. Seat reductions and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the period already paid for is non‑refundable. Adding seats mid‑period is prorated for the remaining time left in your current billing cycle, and those seats will thereafter renew at the full rate with the rest of your subscription. We do not offer usage-based or metered billing by the day. Corporate administrators manage seats and cancellation from My Licenses.

6

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then‑current price until cancelled. We will notify you in advance of any price change. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge, following the process in Section 4.

7

Billing errors & exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error — including duplicate charges or charges made after a valid and timely cancellation — please contact us. We will review the issue and correct any genuine billing errors promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits any non‑waivable consumer‑protection rights available in your jurisdiction. Where applicable laws require refunds, cooling‑off periods, or other mandatory protections, we will honor those requirements.

8

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled. Restoring a suspended subscription may require settling the outstanding amount.

9

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated license while the dispute is reviewed.
